1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Timestamp Camera: GPS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app. These Terms apply to all users of Timestamp Camera: GPS.

2. About the App

Timestamp Camera: GPS is a photography utility that allows users to capture and process photos with information such as:

• Date
• Time
• GPS coordinates
• Address
• Location
• Altitude
• Compass direction
• Project name
• Notes
• Other user-selected photo information

Certain features may require device permissions, network access, Apple services, or an active premium subscription.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Timestamp Camera: GPS for lawful personal or professional purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where permitted by law
• Resell or redistribute the app
• Use the app in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the app
• Use the app to create fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or deceptive material

4. Camera, Location, and Device Permissions

Timestamp Camera: GPS may request access to device features including:

• Camera
• Location
• Photo Library

Certain app features will not function unless the relevant permission is granted. You may manage these permissions through iOS Settings at any time.

The app does not guarantee that every feature will remain available if you disable required permissions.

5. Accuracy of Timestamp and Location Information

Timestamp Camera: GPS may display or permanently stamp information such as date, time, GPS coordinates, address, altitude, compass heading, or other metadata onto photos.

This information may depend on:

• Device settings
• Device clock
• GPS availability
• Location accuracy
• Network conditions
• Apple system services
• Sensor accuracy
• User-entered information

We do not guarantee that timestamps, GPS information, addresses, compass readings, altitude, or other information displayed by the app will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.

6. Not Legal or Certified Evidence

Timestamp Camera: GPS is designed as a documentation utility. Photos created using the app should not automatically be considered certified, authenticated, tamper-proof, legally verified, or independently validated evidence.

We do not guarantee that photos, timestamps, GPS information, or metadata created by the app will be accepted by:

• Courts
• Government authorities
• Employers
• Insurance companies
• Contractors
• Clients
• Law enforcement
• Regulatory organizations
• Other third parties

If you require legally certified or independently verified evidence, you are responsible for determining whether Timestamp Camera: GPS meets the applicable requirements.

7. User-Entered Information

You may be able to enter information such as:

• Project names
• Notes
• Labels
• Addresses
• Company information
• Other custom text

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any information you enter into the app. We are not responsible for incorrect, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inaccurate information entered by users.

8. Photos and User Content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you create using Timestamp Camera: GPS.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to photograph, store, process, and share any content captured using the app. You must not use the app to violate the privacy, copyright, intellectual property, or other rights of another person.

9. Local Storage and Data Loss

The app may store photos, projects, settings, metadata, and other information locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important photos and information.

Data may be lost due to circumstances including:

• Device loss
• Device damage
• App deletion
• iOS changes
• Storage failure
• User deletion
• Software errors

We are not responsible for loss of locally stored photos, projects, metadata, or other user content. Important photos should be exported or backed up using appropriate services.

10. Apple Services

Certain features may rely on services provided by Apple, including:

• Core Location
• Apple Maps and geocoding
• WeatherKit
• Photos
• iCloud
• StoreKit
• App Store

The availability and operation of these services are controlled by Apple. We are not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, changes, restrictions, or failures in Apple-provided services. Use of Apple services may also be subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.

11. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Timestamp Camera: GPS may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Available pricing, billing periods, trial periods, and features will be displayed before purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

12. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials, introductory pricing, or promotional offers from time to time. Eligibility for such offers may be determined by Apple.

Unless canceled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the displayed price. The availability and terms of promotional offers may change.

13. Pricing Changes

Subscription prices or available plans may change in the future. Where required, Apple will provide notice or obtain consent for applicable subscription price changes. Any pricing shown in the App Store at the time of purchase will govern that purchase.

14. Refunds

Payments and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. We do not directly process subscription payments or refunds. Refund eligibility is determined according to Apple’s applicable policies.

15. Internet Connection

Many core features of Timestamp Camera: GPS may function without an internet connection. However, some features may require internet access, including services such as:

• Address lookup
• Weather information
• App Store purchases
• Certain Apple services

We do not guarantee the availability of network-dependent functionality when an internet connection is unavailable.

16. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Timestamp Camera: GPS:

• For unlawful purposes
• To intentionally create fraudulent evidence
• To misrepresent when or where an event occurred
• To violate another person’s privacy
• To infringe intellectual property rights
• To harass, threaten, deceive, or harm others
• In any way prohibited by applicable law

17. Availability of the App

We may update, modify, remove, add, suspend, or discontinue features of Timestamp Camera: GPS at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always remain available.

Updates may be necessary to maintain compatibility with future versions of iOS or Apple services.

18. No Warranty

Timestamp Camera: GPS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will:

• Always be available
• Be completely error-free
• Meet every user’s requirements
• Produce perfectly accurate location information
• Preserve every file without loss
• Work with every future device or operating system version

Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Timestamp Camera: GPS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

This includes, without limitation, losses related to:

• Lost photos
• Lost data
• Incorrect timestamps
• Incorrect GPS information
• Incorrect addresses
• Business losses
• Missed deadlines
• Claims by clients or third parties
• Reliance on photos or metadata generated by the app

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of Timestamp Camera: GPS from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
• Content you create, capture, or share using the app

21. Intellectual Property

Timestamp Camera: GPS, including its design, software, branding, graphics, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you.

22. Privacy

Your use of Timestamp Camera: GPS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how the app accesses and handles information such as photos, location, permissions, and device data.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When these Terms are updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.

Continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms where permitted by law.

24. Termination

You may stop using Timestamp Camera: GPS at any time. We may restrict or terminate access to the app where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, fraud, abuse, security threats, or violation of these Terms.

Termination does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through your Apple account.

25. Apple’s Standard EULA

Your use of Timestamp Camera: GPS is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable:

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s applicable mandatory terms, Apple’s terms will apply to the extent required.
