These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SnapCleaner – Storage Cleanup mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SnapCleaner provides tools to help you identify duplicate photos, similar images, screenshots, and large videos in your device’s photo library. You are responsible for reviewing all files before deletion. The App deletes files only after you confirm the action.
Some features of SnapCleaner require a paid subscription (“Premium”). Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The App requires access to your Photos library to perform scanning and deletion features. You may grant, limit, or revoke permissions at any time through iOS Settings. If permissions are not granted, some features may not function.
All content, trademarks, and software associated with SnapCleaner are the property of SnapCleaner or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without permission.
SnapCleaner is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapCleaner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
