These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Meddad / مداد ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), an Arabic-first daily journal application.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
Meddad is provided to help you write, organize, and reflect on your daily journal entries. You are responsible for your own content and for how you use the App.
You retain ownership of the journal entries, reflections, notes, images, and other content you create in the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws or rights of others.
Meddad may offer free and paid features. Paid features may include additional journaling tools, customization options, advanced writing features, extra storage-related features, themes, export options, or other premium functionality.
Some premium features may require an auto-renewable subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account Settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Meddad may offer one-time purchases, including lifetime access where available. A one-time purchase grants access to the specific premium features described at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms.
Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the App and does not guarantee that every future feature, service, platform, or separately released product will be included.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store your payment card details. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies and applicable law.
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable:

We aim to keep Meddad available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Meddad is a journaling and personal reflection app. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. Any reflections, prompts, or insights provided by the App are for personal use only.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
